The promise: follow a qualifying study plan, sit your exam part, and if you don't pass, your next 2 months are free — just tell us. No forms, no proof required. One-time benefit per customer.

How it works

1. Qualifying plan (at launch): your readiness estimate for the part reached the in-app threshold (currently 85) and you completed both simulated exams for that part with estimated scaled scores of 110 or more, all before your exam date. Thresholds may change as our calibration data grows; the thresholds in effect on your exam date apply and are always shown in the app.
2. Claiming: report your result in the app within 60 days of your exam. We grant it on your word. We may ask for an optional score-report upload to improve readiness estimates for everyone; declining never affects your claim.
3. Benefit: subscribers get 2 months free (a billing pause); single-part and all-parts purchasers get 2 months added to the access window for that part.
4. Limits: one claim per customer, lifetime, across all plans and parts; no cash value; non-transferable; the benefit is time, never money.
5. Good faith: we may deny claims involving fraud or account sharing.
